The G-2/AN is the best-selling Japanese kitchen knife ever made! It can slice, dice, chop, and really do anything that you need. 

The G-9/AN is Global’s classically shaped bread knife. It is a specialist knife, really for use with bread only. 

The G-21 is a classically shaped boning knife and is considered to be the standard boning knife in the Global series, it is certainly the best selling Boning knife.

The  GS-21/8 blades themselves are not sharp, but are flexible making these knives great for getting under any food that is frying like eggs or burgers, or for controlling runny food whilst cooking. You can also use these knives for spreading icing.

The GS-11/AN fills the role of filleting, carving and ‘general purpose’ knife.

The GSF-15/AN is a little 8cm blade that is good for all those small kitchen tasks.

The G-74  Sharpening ‘Steel’ allows you to sharpen your knife using the western method of sharpening. Although we recommend using a whetstone or a pull through sharpener. 

The GS-20 is one of three different fish bone tweezers produced by Global. The two prongs perfectly touch each other to grip the smallest bones to make sure you get the perfect fillet of fish. 

 

 

The GS-76 Global Peeler P Shape is the other version of the GS-94 which is a more popular version of the Peeler because of its shape that allows you to cut from the front rather than the P shape which is side angle.
