This Global 2-piece boxed knife set features two popular kitchen knives from the Global range. Firstly the G-58 is the smaller alternative to the award-winning G-2. It is 16cm in length which makes it easier to use for those with smaller hands.

 

The GS-14 is basically the GS-11 with large serrations in the blade. A multi-function knife, the serrations allow the utility knife to cut through tougher materials such as bread. The serrations are also ideal for cutting through fruits and vegetables with thick skins and soft centres such as citrus fruit and tomatoes.
