Mastercraftsman Takeshi Saji has been manufacturing knives in Takefu city for nearly 50 years and is considered one of the best traditional smiths in Japan. He creates many custom designed knives using many different materials and we are delighted to sell some of his production limited Rainbow Damascus series knives. These feature Aogami cores with a beatuiful damascus pattern created by mixing in copper and brass into the damascus steel. These knives are sure to look good and work well in the kitchen. As all his knives are handmade, wait times and stock availability of these items is extremely limited.
